Centragas is a natural gas transportation pipeline company in Colombia,
developed by Enron in the early 1990s.

It included a 737-km pipeline system in the areas of La Guajira, Cesar and Santander, with capacity sold under firm long-term contract to Ecogas and Ecopetrol

Arctas affiliates acquired controlling interest in Centragas from the Enron bankruptcy estate in June 2006.

Thereafter, Arctas served as managing general partner up to the BOT handover and transfer to TGI in February 2011

Partners: Toyota-Tomen of Japan (25 percent) & Promigas/AEI (25 percent)

Arctas is currently developing further gas-related investment opportunities in Colombia
